Daniel Treger joined the firm as an associate in May, 1996. His areas of practice are Real Estate Litigation, Corporate and Business Litigation, Financial Services and Bankruptcy/Creditor Rights Litigation and Personal Injury and Professional Malpractice. He is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts.  Mr. Treger served as a judicial law clerk for the Superior Court Department of the Trial Court of Massachusetts. Mr. Treger received a J.D. Degree in 1992 from Northeastern University School of Law, Boston, Massachusetts where he interned for Federal Magistrate Judge Marianne B. Bowler, and advocated for the rights of battered women as part of the Domestic Violence Advocacy Program. Mr. Treger received both a B.A. summa cum laude in political science and a B.A. in communications from Boston University, Boston, Massachusetts. He also served as an adjunct instructor of English composition at North Shore Community College, and is an active member of Temple Beth Shalom in Melrose, Massachusetts.
