Miranda Cecil joined Phillips & Angley as an associate in September 2024. Miranda is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts. Her areas of practice are Zoning, Land Use and Real Estate Litigation. Prior to joining Phillips & Angley, Miranda clerked for the Hon. Michael D. Vhay at the Massachusetts Land Court.
Miranda received her J.D., with high honors, from Northeastern University School of Law in 2023. She was a senior editor for the Northeastern University Law Review from 2022 to 2023. During her law school career, she interned with the Hon. Peter B. Krupp in the Business Litigation Session of the Superior Court and with the Northeastern University Office of the General Counsel. She also worked as a summer associate for a small condominium law firm on the South Shore and participated in the Northeastern University Public Health Advocacy Law Clinic. Miranda received her B.A. in political science and urban planning from the University of North Carolina in 2020.
