Biography

Madison C. Myers joined Phillips & Angley as an Associate Attorney in 2025. She is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and Pennsylvania. Madison’s practice focuses on real estate, land use, zoning, and related litigation matters.

Madison represents property owners, developers, and businesses in a range of real estate disputes, including zoning and permitting matters, title and easement issues, and enforcement actions. She has experience drafting pleadings, motions, affidavits, and memoranda in Superior Court, District Court, and Land Court proceedings, and regularly assists clients navigating municipal land use boards and regulatory bodies.

Prior to joining Phillips & Angley, Madison practiced at a boutique intellectual property law firm, where she led the firm’s trademark practice and advised clients on brand protection, licensing, and business strategy. Her prior experience also includes work on corporate and transactional matters, giving her a multidisciplinary perspective that informs her real estate and land use practice.

Madison received her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2024. While in law school, she served on the Executive Board of the Student Bar Association, and was selected as a Future Law Program Fellow, a program focused on advanced legal scholarship, innovation, and leadership in the profession. Additionally, she served as a research assistant to a faculty member, contribution to the drafting of a scholarly legal book. Madison also served as an assistant teacher for Constitutional Law at her law school and spent a year teaching Constitutional Law to eleventh-grade students at The Neighborhood Academy in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She also holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public Health.
