Biography
Emily A. Pothier joined Phillips & Angley as an Associate Attorney in 2025. Emily is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts. Her areas of practice are zoning, land use, and real estate litigation.
Prior to joining Phillips & Angley, Emily practiced at a small North Shore firm where she represented clients at all stages of residential and commercial real estate transactions, land use and zoning matters, and title issues. Emily also previously worked in the Trusts and Estates group of a Boston firm while attending law school.
Emily received her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 2024. She served as Historian of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society from 2022 to 2023, and as the Magister from 2023 to 2024. Emily received her B.A., cum laude, from Stonehill College in 2013.
